Soaking process: All surface areas exposed to paint solution. This means that even the most complex shapes can be completely coated. Parts can be mounted on racks to increase production productivity.

Electrodeposition method: The application of electricity causes plastic particles and other components in the paint solution to deposit on the surface of the parts. Current control allows consistent and calculable thickness to be applied.

Water-based painting process: There is no risk of fire and explosion during painting. In addition, there is no need to dry the parts after cleaning or water pretreatment. Using ultrafiltration technology, wash water can be extracted from the ED paint tank itself and used to recycle nearly 100% of the water pulled back into the tank. This maximizes material usage and minimizes cost.
