Basic process of metal electroplating – high-grade brass and bronze plating

1. Manage the gathering of input materials (Ingots) to the production area
2. Mechanical treatment – Grinding/ Polishing
3. Plating process: Degreasing – Water washing – Chemical treatment – Water washing – Plating tank – Passivation – Water washing
4. High pressure air spray – Drying – Protective glue spray
5. QC inspection and packing
6. Delivery

High-class decorative furniture set: Used from ordinary steel or stainless steel (SUS 304). Through mechanical manufacturing process to form high-class table and chair products, then through mechanical grinding and polishing process before being put into chemical treatment and Brass & Bronze plating. The product after plating will be sprayed with a protective glue to preserve the color and quality of the product.
