1. Manage the gathering of input materials (Ingots) to the production area
2. Mechanical treatment – Grinding/ Polishing
3. Plating process: Degreasing – Water washing – Chemical treatment – Water washing – Plating tank – Passivation – Water washing
4. High Pressure Air Spray & Dryer – Protective glue spray
5. QC inspection and packing
6. Delivery

STIN antique nickel-plated drawer handle (HARD WARE): This is a traditional product of our company. Used from zinc material cast by die casting method. After casting, the products are carefully and meticulously polished by highly skilled workers before being put into the process of black nickel plating. The next step is to scratch the product. After this process, a layer of protective glue is sprayed, increasing the life of product, improving the aesthetics and quality of the product. Finally, it is through strict QC and Lab testing before packing and shipping.
